2025
Today’s nesys GmbH, which focuses on the mechanical and electrical development, construction and automation of solar simulation systems and special system construction, emerged from the original specialist area of panel lights. This transformation was achieved when Stefan Riebl joined the management team.

As managing partner, Stefan Riebl and his team of experts are putting nesys GmbH back on track: the focus will be on plant engineering for solar simulation. 2010
Stefan Riebl joins BF Engineering as managing partner. The pioneer in the development and manufacture of precise lighting technology systems builds the company into the world market leader in the then still young field of solar simulation. The hallmark of his systems is the high precision of the mechanical, electrical and lighting engineering development and design.
1997
As an employee at Mitronic, the trained engineer Stefan Riebl recognizes the potential of lighting technology in industry. He establishes the development and design of lighting systems division and continuously expands it.

For various research and development centers in Europe and Asia, the company nesys has implemented a state-of-the-art solar simulation system that is specially designed for all relevant MIL standard procedures.

Sprinkler system for special test benches (ageing tests)
nesys designed and implemented a specially adapted sprinkler system for special test benches to carry out accelerated ageing tests under realistic conditions. The system enables defined droplet patterns, adjustable rain intensity and reliable reproducibility – tailored to customer-specific standard specifications and test environments.
Precise measuring device for homogeneity evaluation
nesys has developed an innovative measuring unit for fast and high-precision evaluation of irradiation homogeneity in close-meshed measuring grids. A complete measuring field is recorded and evaluated within just 5 minutes – with high measuring accuracy even with the smallest grid spacing. Ideal for high-resolution testing and calibration processes.
